MyIC Crash


Check for update and download the lastest version.
It is likely the bug has been fixed in the latest update.

Crash Log

Please let us know if it resolves the issue for you.
If the problem persists please send us the crash log which can be found in

~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/     where ~ means user's home folder.


Application errors may also show up in the console:


Console Dump:
  • open Console (Applications/Utilities)
  • clear the console
  • try to launch MyIC
  • copy and paste Console to a text file and email to us.
